COMMENTARY: A remake of something I had made around 2 years prior to this! Listening to this version next to the old one was a real shocker, I tell you. Improvement truly is real and this remake is a fucking testament to that. Shame I never finished either one.

Bergentrückung + ASGORE (UNFINISHED)


COMMENTARY: I don't fucking know why it drastically changed key like that. I was always so used to the older version of this that DIDN'T change key.

Ashes of Memory


COMMENTARY: I wanted to experiment with crazy dynamics. That's it. That's literally it. Oh, and crazy arpeggios.

COMMENTARY: I just wanted to make a cover of this for fun

Bonetrousle (UNFINISHED)


COMMENTARY: I don't know why I never finished it; probably the jumpy rhythm threw me off.

Ellegance and Excellence


COMMENTARY: I kind of did this as a test for my string soundfonts! It turned out great, and became one of my favourite arrangements I've ever done very fast. Hopefully, you'll like it as much as I do too.

We Both Reached - Billy and Mary's segment


COMMENTARY: Something I originally made simply for an old friend when we were doing a school show! Just Billy Flynn and Mary Sunshine's part over a backing track as saxophones. I was neither Billy nor Mary, by the way. I was ensemble.

COMMENTARY: Another track I've always wanted to cover, and now had the chance to. Working with the ringing phones was really fun, and hopefully it all sounds good since I stayed up until 3am for this. Like it. Please. I spent a disgusting amount of time on this.

COMMENTARY: This is one I really don't like the finished product for. Another BandLab one, and I feel it's a little obvious. I want to remake this in the future when I regain access to Musescore, but for now I can revell in this one's shittiness.

In full seriousness though, this is another cover I'm not the most happy with either, but hey, it's cute. And so is Flowery. So it gets extra bonus points for extra bonus cuteness.

COMMENTARY: Baby's first actual composition after way too long! It was fun to make a simple waltz that built up to something bigger before dying back down. Maybe I should remake it at some point? Who knows.

The Lost Chaotic Railway
S5 Exam Piece (2025-2026)


COMMENTARY: I've actually never wrote anything western-themed before, so this was a bit of a challenge. This originally was meant to be symphonic metal, surprisingly. I also sampled so much shit for this thing, just so I could fill it up to the maximum time limit for an S5/Higher grade piece. So yeah, hear something you recognise? It's probably intentional.
